Our Church

The Parish of All Saints, Yelvertoft is part of the United Benefice of Crick, Yelvertoft with Clay Coton and Elkington, and Lilbourne.

There is a friendly church community, with a service of worship held each Sunday.

History

There has probably been a church on this site since Saxon times as mentioned in Domesday (1086), although no visible traces of that age remain.

The  chancel and nave were built in the early 12th century in Norman style, and towards the end of the 13th century the tower was built. In around 1330, the north and south aisles were added.
